$25,000 Carol Lavell Advanced Dressage Prize Fund

Applications will only be accepted through this online form.  The following application form and all required attachments must be received by The Dressage Foundation's office on or before August 31 to be considered. Attachments must be in Word, Excel, or PDF format.

Competition Scores:

Provide scores from the past two-three years with the horse you will be training and competing. Must include at least three scores of 65% or higher at Prix St. Georges or higher.
