The horses in my small boarding/training barn are getting older. This means I can be getting younger to qualify for the Century Club distinction! The two horses that I rode this year, Prinz Peter and Dash, have boarded with me for many years at my Rbarn Stable. Their owners are both clients and good friends who are part of the Rbarn gang that loves horses and enjoys many social events together. 

I’m very proud of both Prinz Peter and Dash that won both of their Intro Level dressage classes, although neither had been in a dressage ring previous to their Century Club rides. 

Since Prinz Peter also qualified for the virtual Regional Championships, we will also give that a go! It's so much fun that we can now take part in some of these virtual shows without the expense of trailering, etc. And it’s great to get feedback from professional judges on what can be improved.

It is so inspiring that The Dressage Foundation provides a goal for us senior riders and horses. Some of my most cherished ribbons are the Century Club black and golds! It’s important not to let age end our equestrian journey. Keep on keeping on, seniors!
