"My beloved horse, Honest Knockout died on December 14, 2019 at the age of 31. The highlight of our showing together in hunters and dressage was the Century Club Day at Delaware Valley Horseman's Association showgrounds in 2013. Just before he died, I had let him out of his stall. He was distressed but wanted to go out. Using the last bit of energy he had, I took him up to the riding ring where he made a couple circuits. Then he came back down and lay down his final time."
